Facebook is one of the most popular social site in the world. It is founded by Mark Zuckenberg and has millions of users around the world. Mark decided to choose blue as the main color of facebook because of his color blindness.
“I made it [Facebook] blue because I’m colorblind.” said Mark Zuckenberg
He consulted facebook logo with Mike Buzzard, of Cuban Council. Mike was inspired by the typeface Klavika, which was designed by Eric Olson. Type and graphic designer, Joe Kral, who was a friend that was working with Cuban Council at the time, completed the type modifications and final word mark.
Finally, Mike add boldness to the font and change the color into blue
